Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
To ensure fast delivery of your order, BASTIANVIANA partners with the best express shipping companies, selected according to the destination region. Shipping costs can be calculated in the Shopping Cart and will be included in the total cost of your order at the time of payment. You will not have to pay any additional amount to the shipping company at the time of delivery.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM CET. Orders received on Fridays after 5:00 PM will be processed on the following Monday.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with the information about the shipping company handling your order and the tracking number to follow the delivery of your shipment.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME
Spain: Orders are delivered within 24-48 hours.
Rest of the world: Orders will be delivered within 5-9 business days.
While we strive to meet these timelines, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Once the order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with the expected delivery date. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during business hours, excluding holidays. We recommend providing a shipping address where someone can receive the package during working hours.
TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
Within the European Union
No additional taxes or duties are applied to orders within the European Union. Customers will not need to pay anything upon delivery.
Shipping to the United States
Orders shipped to the United States are subject to import duties and taxes. U.S. customs authorities require the recipient to provide:
  • A Social Security Number (SSN) or
  • A Non-U.S. Citizen Import Number – CBP Customs Border Protection Assigned Number.
Rest of the World
For shipments to destinations outside the European Union and the United States, the recipient is responsible for paying any applicable import taxes or customs duties. These costs must be paid directly to the shipping company or the appropriate authorities.
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE ISSUES
To complete customs clearance, the customer must provide all necessary information and pay any associated fees. If the package cannot clear customs, it will be returned to our warehouse. For more information, please refer to our Return Policy.

If you return a product and request an exchange, the new shipment may be subject to customs duties as determined by Customs Authorities.
