Send an email to info@bastianviana.com, indicating that you would like to make an exchange/return. Within a maximum of 24 hours, we will provide you with the simple steps to follow.
HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND?
Refunds are processed in the same way the original payment was made. BASTIANVIANA will not refund the amount until the receipt and condition of the items at our warehouses have been verified. Once the correct condition of the returned item has been verified, we will proceed with the full refund of the corresponding amount within a maximum period of thirty (15) days from the date of receipt of the returned product.
REFUND AMOUNT
The administrative costs of the refund are fully assumed by BASTIANVIANA. However, the shipping costs of the product, either through a courier service or a mailing company, are borne by the customer.
REFUND TYPES
The online store operates within the European Union. For this reason, all transactions, including foreign currency ones, are denominated in euros after the customer has made the payment. For payments made in a currency other than the euro, bastianviana.com refunds the amount in euros, and the conversion to the foreign currency is calculated using the exchange rate of the day the refund is issued. For this reason, the exchange rate risk may differ between the amount paid and the actual amount received in the refund by the customer.
IMPORTANT: If the payment for the returned products was made via bank transfer, the refund will also be processed through bank transfer. To allow us to proceed with the refund, it is necessary to provide the bank details in the return document/email.
REFUND TIME
The refund is issued as soon as our warehouse receives and verifies the return. Please note that orders paid by credit or with debit card refunds may take up to 4 weeks to appear in your bank account. This time is entirely beyond our control and depends solely on the payment gateway and the financial institution that issued your card. The refund is processed under the name of BASTIANVIANA, process as described below is mandatory.

BASTIANVIANA covers the costs of exchanges and returns, but NEVER the shipping costs, except during promotions and/or specific campaigns and/or purchases that exceed a predetermined value set by BASTIANVIANA.
